We will ship your order within 1 to 3 working days, after the payment is received.
Delivery Time usually takes 7 to 20 working days depending of the location, customs and post office processing service.

Please note that orders can be delayed for a variety of reasons:
Shipping address is incomplete/incorrect
Shipping address is not written in English
Order is pending credit approval and verification
An item is currently out of stock
Order requires customization
Order is being shipped to remote country
Customs has placed a hold on the order
To help expedite your order, please ensure your address is both correct, complete, and written in English prior to checking out.

As we ship word-wide, and customs rules and regulations vary from country to country, we recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's importation laws prior to making a purchase. Any costs associated with duties or tariffs placed on orders by a Customs authority are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for a Customs authority's decision to place a hold, or to impose a duty or tariff, on an order.

Note on Multiple Packages:
In an effort to reduce overall shipping time and processing delays, we begin working on your order as soon as it is placed. Often this means that orders will contain multiple packages shipped as soon as possible, rather than a single package at a later date. This does not affect the cost of shipping to our customers, and allows us to maintain the order delivery times quoted above.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Although we double check everything, it can happen that we send you the wrong item. No worries, please return it to our warehouse and insert a note stating your order number and which item you actually ordered. We will send you the correct item ASAP.
- Although quality is one of our top priorities, it can happen an item to be damaged during transport. The only thing we need you to do is send us a support email stating your order number and please include a photo of the damaged good. If we can see on the photo it is damaged, we will send you a new item 100% free of charge ASAP
